Bioapplication Engineer

I. Responsibilities

Experiment Execution and Protocol Development
Independently culture, passage, freeze, and experimentally treat various mammalian cell lines including HeLa cells
Responsible for flow cytometry sample preparation and multi-color fluorescence staining protocol design and optimization
Perform daily testing, operation, and performance validation of new flow cytometry instruments
Customer Technical Support and Engagement
Serve as technical expert to provide professional technical consultation for sales teams and external customers, answering experimental design and data analysis questions
Lead or participate in customer demonstration experiments and professionally present experimental results
Write and deliver experimental analysis reports to ensure accurate and clear technical communication
Data Analysis and Report Writing
Use professional software for high-dimensional flow data analysis, image processing, and statistical interpretation
Compile experimental data and write technical documents, application notes, and product validation reports
Provide data support and technical materials for product registration and market promotion
Cross-department Collaboration and Product Feedback
Collaborate with hardware and software R&D teams to propose product optimization suggestions from a biological application perspective
Participate in developing new instrument technical specifications and standard operating procedures
Assist marketing department in preparing technical materials and training resources

II. Requirements

Education
Master's degree or above in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Cell Biology, Immunology, or related majors
Required Experience and Skills
2+ years of independent operation experience with flow cytometers (analysis or sorting type), proficient in multi-color panel design and fluorescence compensation principle optimization
Expert in mammalian cell culture techniques, especially for tumor cell line aseptic culture, transfection, stimulation, and drug treatment
Skilled in using at least one mainstream flow data analysis software for in-depth data interpretation and visual analysis
Preferred Conditions
Experience at flow cytometry R&D companies, core reagent companies, or large public instrument platforms is preferred
Experience with spectral flow cytometry or mass cytometry (CyTOF) is preferred
Experience in instrument application development, methodology establishment, or technical document writing is preferred

Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to clearly convey complex technical issues
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork spirit, able to independently solve problems in a fast-paced R&D environment
Rigorous logical thinking, attention to detail, with good Chinese and English literature reading and technical document writing abilities
