Marketing Specialist

I. Responsibilities

Marketing Activities and Academic Promotion
Assist in planning and executing regional or national product launches, department seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other online/offline marketing activities
Responsible for pre- and post-event publicity, guest invitations, speaker coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support to ensure event outcomes
Maintain and expand relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts, assisting in promoting academic cooperation projects
Marketing Materials and Content Creation
Develop, update, and manage various marketing tools based on product positioning and clinical needs, including product brochures, DAs, case collections, surgical videos, PPT presentation materials, WeChat public account articles, and online platform content
Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements (such as "Medical Device Advertising Review Measures") and company brand guidelines
Market Analysis and Insights
Collect, analyze, and regularly report on product line market dynamics, competitor information, pricing strategies, and new product trends
Assist in conducting basic market research to provide data support for marketing strategy optimization
Sales Support and Training
Provide sales teams with timely and accurate product information, competitive talking points, and sales support tools
Assist in organizing and participating in product knowledge and marketing strategy training for sales teams and channel distributors
Digital Marketing and Channel Support
Assist in operating and maintaining product-related digital platforms (such as official website, professional medical platforms, social media accounts)
Support online marketing activity planning and execution, such as webcasts and online seminars

II. Requirements

Education
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields are preferred
Work Experience
1-3 years of marketing or sales-related work experience in the medical device industry; experience in specific segments (such as high-value consumables, diagnostic equipment, therapeutic equipment, etc.) is preferred
Familiar with medical device marketing models and industry environment, understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Experience in independently participating in marketing activity execution and content creation
