I. Responsibilities
1. Simulation and Drawing Design
1.1 Based on the theoretical framework and simulation model architecture provided by the project lead, complete multi-physics coupled simulation (electromagnetic-structural mechanics) of micro electromagnetic actuators and microfluidic simulation of sorting chips
1.2 Proficient in 2D/3D drafting software; responsible for converting simulation-optimized structures into precision engineering drawings suitable for actual processing (including mask layouts, mechanical machining drawings, etc.)
2. Chip Fabrication and Assembly
2.1 Independently operate precision processing equipment: operate picosecond laser cutting machines and other micro-nano processing equipment to complete precision cutting and fabrication of actuator microstructures and microfluidic channels
2.2 Chip post-processing and packaging: assist with microfluidic chip cleaning, surface treatment, ultrasonic peeling, and high-temperature thermal compression bonding of glass to ensure leak-free channels and high pressure resistance
3. Experimental System Setup and Testing
3.1 Following the supervisor's guidance, operate or set up optical paths
3.2 Following the supervisor's guidance, complete relevant testing and experiment records
4. Literature Research and Documentation
4.1 Based on project requirements, search, read, and summarize English academic literature in related fields (especially microfluidic sorting and electromagnetic-driven MEMS)
4.2 Assist in writing experimental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and organizing technical materials for patent documentation
II. Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
1. Education Background: Master's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), Microelectronics, Precision Instrumentation, or Biomedical Engineering (or bachelor's degree from a 211 university with at least 2 years of work experience)
2. Core Skills: Drafting: Proficient in engineering drafting software. Simulation: Skilled in at least one multi-physics simulation software with experience in fluid dynamics or electromagnetic/structural mechanics simulation. Experimental: Experience in free-space optical path setup; familiar with Thorlabs/Edmund optics and mechanics components; familiar with microfluidic chip fabrication
3. Comprehensive Qualities: CET-4 or above; able to read technical English literature and equipment manuals fluently. High sense of responsibility and teamwork; able to respond quickly to the R&D iteration needs of the research group
