I. Responsibilities
Full Project Lifecycle Management
Manage 3-5 ongoing R&D projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery rate ≥90%
Cross-functional Resource Coordination
Coordinate cross-departmental resources, drive project progress, and organize 2 project progress meetings monthly
Budget Monitoring
Monitor project budget execution and control cost variance within ±5%
Risk Management
Establish project risk management mechanisms to ensure 100% identification rate of major risks
II. Requirements
Requirements
Graduate degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software, or related majors; 2+ years of project management experience
Familiar with GMP and GCP regulatory requirements
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills
Proficient in Project and JIRA project management tools
